Ok, I see y'all are way ahead of me on prose and poetry, so it's my turn again. Good stuff ya guys write. I like it. Lemme see. Something for the chicks and something for nature.

Hola, Alma.
Yes I have to agree that this site has become home to so many wonderful people. It is a diverse community of people with backgrounds and interests that span the spectrum. I think it is a wonderful community, One that is so willing to share with each other, on and off the board. We have shared in the joy of births, and exchanged tears when death's shadow has appeared. We have offered our shoulders to those that in times of need, just needed to hear some positive words.
I never imagined allowing myself to get close to people I met through the Internet, But I have. I feel honored to call members of this board my friends.
The one common denominator of course is the love and respect we have for this wonderful lady that we know only through her words, images and music. She has allowed us to gather here in her house (basically) and she has done nothing but made us, everyone feel welcomed and respected.

You're clever clever. Hecate ? the night goddess who gives and takes from man in Greek Mythology. We gotta talk sometime. I'm Mediterranean, ya know. My grandfather came over from Greece on a cattle boat, of all things.
It also tells me something else about ya. How's "Blessed Be" work for ya ? Uh-huh

Would you believe I live right above a buncha white witches in my building ? Yup, I do. They're just totally righteous people. I've even got some stuff around my place just to annoy conservatives. Even got a genuine witches athame'.

Then ya mention Diana. Guys, careful on this one. Diana was a Greek goddess that turned Actaeon into a stag and the poor guy was subsequently torn to pieces by dogs just for annoying her at home in the cave. She woulda made a great chick rocker.
